Ingredients: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, caramel 7%, MILK powder, glucose syrup, concentrated butter (MILK), cream (MILK), butter (MILK), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, emulsifier: SOY lecithin. Chocolate 49% cocoa minimum. Pure cocoa butter. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, wheat, egg and tree nuts.
Unlike traditional French salted-butter caramel treats, this bar has a unique touch: it combines the strong roasted notes of slightly sweet golden caramel with intense dark chocolate, creating a wonderfully bitter finish.

Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and a constant humdidity level of 60-70%. Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature.
