Storage conditions and consumption time 

Chocolate is a fragile product and must be handled with great care.     

• Ideal storage conditions for chocolate: constant temperature between 55°F and 60°F and constant humidity level from 60% to 70%.
• Chocolates may be tasted at room temperature. For optimal flavor, plain chocolate should be consumed within 2 weeks after purchase.
