Ingredients: cocoa beans from Madagascar, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla, emulsifier: SOY lecithin. Dark chocolate 64% cocoa minimum. Pure cocoa butter. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, wheat, egg and tree nuts.
Typical of cocoa from the Indian Ocean region, Sambiraja 64% has slightly tart berry notes, with underlying notes of roasting. Very long finish of complex aromas.
