This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with hazelnut praline. As the chocolate shell melts, the bitter taste of the cocoa becomes perceptible, but not overpowering. Gradually, the praline filling develops an even lighter bitterness, with an additional touch of sweetness. The shell brings a balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The filling quickly brings a deep and strong flavor of roasted, caramelized hazelnuts. The end note of the roasted flavor is long on the palate. The melt-away texture becomes soft with the praline.
