This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with candied oranges in a coulis. As the chocolate shell melts, the bitter taste of the cocoa is perceptible, and then the coulis brings its sweeter notes, as well as a slightly different, more tempered bitterness. The shell brings a deeply balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. Next come the intense flavors of candied orange peels. The end note of candied orange peels is long on the palate. The texture is especially soft, melting away, slightly velvety.
