As the chocolate shell melts, the hint of salty taste adds that special edge that “cuts through” the sweetness of the caramel. The shell brings deeply balanced, delicate and complex chocolate flavors. The filling quickly releases notes of roasted caramel, while the butter flavor is clearly perceptible. The end note of roasted caramel is long on the palate. The melt-away texture becomes runny with the caramel.

Storage conditions and consumption time

Chocolate is a fragile product and should be treated with great care.

• Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and a constant humdidity level of 60-70%
• Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature. For optimal flavor, filled chocolate should be consumed within 2 weeks after delivery.
