Chocolates are sent in airtight packaging to protect them. DHL will carefully deliver your order in 2-4 days. Delivery is free for any purchases over 130€.

How long can dark chocolate be kept?

Dark chocolate should be kept at a temperature between 12°C (54°F) and 16°C (61°F) and constant humidity (60-70%). For maximum enjoyment, serve at room temperature, ideally 20°C (68°F), preferably within 15 days of the date of purchase for filled chocolates (as RICHART products do not contain any preservatives or artificial flavorings), and within 3-12 months for solid chocolate. What allergens are in our chocolates?

Our artisanal chocolates may contain traces of shelled fruits, sesame, peanut, gluten, egg and milk.

What percentage of cocoa should I choose for a premium tasting experience?

For a premium tasting experience, the cocoa percentage plays an essential role, but it's not the only thing to consider.

Dark chocolate between 65-75% offers a balanced tasting experience. This level of cocoa means you can appreciate the chocolate's intensity as well as its sweetness, without too much bitterness. It's the ideal percentage for people discovering dark chocolate or who are looking for a gentler tasting experience.

Dark chocolate between 75-85% is more intense, with complex aromatic notes. Lovers of dark chocolate will appreciate the more marked notes: fruity, woody or spiced, depending on the origin of the cocoa beans.

ADark chocolate above 85% is for connoisseurs or people who love intense tasting experiences. The low amount of sugar means you can taste all the bitterness and subtlety of the cocoa, for a pure, authentic experience.
