This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with a red pepper and pink peppercorn ganache. As the chocolate shell melts, the bitter taste of pepper becomes perceptible. It is not overpowering, thanks to a perfect dose of sweetness. It creates a sensation of warmth in the mouth. The shell brings a balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The filling releases deep and strong spiced flavors (red pepper and pink peppercorns). We can also detect roasted notes. The luscious texture becomes silky and smooth with the ganache.
