This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with salted-butter caramel. As the chocolate shell melts, the hint of salty taste adds that special edge that “cuts through” the sugar of the caramel. The shell brings a deeply balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The filling quickly brings a flavor of roasted caramel. The butter flavor of is quite perceptible. The end note of roasted caramel is long on the palate. The melt-away texture becomes runny with the caramel.

Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature. For optimal flavor, filled chocolate should be consumed within 2 weeks after delivery.
