cocoa beans from Madagascar 62.00%, sugar 27.00%, cocoa butter 11.00%. Dark chocolate 73% cocoa minimum. Pure cocoa butter. Traces of E471,E129,E100,E132. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts, wheat, egg and tree nuts.

Sambiraja 73% offers a delicate blend of roasted aromas and berry notes, with a lovely tangy flavor, typical of chocolate from the Indian Ocean. Cocoa nibs give these bars an irresistibly crunchy texture.

Storage conditions and consumption time

Chocolate is a fragile product and should be treated with great care.     

  • Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between 12 and 16 degrees Celsius and a constant humdidity level of 60-70%.
  • Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature. For optimal flavor, plain chocolate should be consumed within 12 months after delivery.
