This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with a Venezuela fine cocoa ganache. As the chocolate shell melts, the bitter taste becomes perceptible but not overpowering. Gradually, the ganache filling develops a lighter bitterness, with a hint of tartness. The shell brings a deeply balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The inside gradually brings flavors of cream, with a few nutty notes (reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts). The luscious texture becomes silky with the ganache.

Petits RICHART chocolates weigh just 0.14 ounces! Any unneeded sugar or fat has been eliminated, getting to the essence of each ingredient and protecting its aromatic intensity.
