Delightfully luscious chestnut coulis, dark chocolate coating
Roasted sesame praline and subtle pear coulis, milk chocolate coating
Intense dark chocolate ganache with cocoa nibs, for a luscious texture with a bit of crunch

This gift box also has 9 chocolate truffles. Hand-crafted in the RICHART kitchens, our truffles are made according to a recipe known as whipped ganache, which gives them a unique, light texture, while preserving the aromatic notes of yellow fruit and roasting typical of the cocoa beans from Dominican Republic used for these chocolates.

And to finish on a high note, 6 glazed chestnuts from traditional varieties made locally according to a time-honored process in the Ardèche region (France).

Storage conditions and consumption time

Chocolate is a fragile product and must be handled with great care.

Ideal storage conditions for chocolate: constant temperature between 12°C and 16°C and constant humidity level from 60% to 70%.
Chocolates may be tasted at room temperature. For optimal tasting, filled chocolate must be consumed within 2 weeks of delivery.
