This "stick bar" contains 9 Petits RICHART filled with a Venezuela fine cocoa ganache. As the chocolate shell melts, the bitter taste becomes perceptible but not overpowering. Gradually, the ganache filling develops a lighter bitterness, with a hint of tartness. The shell brings a deeply balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The inside gradually brings flavors of cream, with a few nutty notes (reminiscent of almonds and hazelnuts). The luscious texture becomes silky with the ganache.
