As the chocolate shell melts, the hint of salty taste adds that special edge that “cuts through” the sugar of the caramel. The shell brings a deeply balanced and complex bouquet of chocolate. The filling quickly brings a flavor of roasted caramel. The butter flavor of is quite perceptible. The end note of roasted caramel is long on the palate.
