Storage and serving

Chocolate is a fragile product and must be handled with great care.
Store at a constant temperature of 12°C to 16°C (54°F to 60°F) and humidity (60% to 70%).
For maximum enjoyment, serve the chocolates at room temperature, ideally at 20°C (68°F), preferably within 2 weeks of the date of purchase (5 days for macarons).
