In a milk chocolate coating, a praline with a unique touch: it is made with unroasted almonds from Provence, which add hints of fruit and floral aromatic notes.
Alsatian gingerbread plays a starring role in this ganache with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger enhanced with a hint of star anise, in a milk chocolate coating.
The Ardèche region takes the spotlight with this coulis made with chestnut pulp and cream emboldened by a touch of verbena, creating a bright, invigorating finish in the mouth, softened by a milk chocolate coating.
Under the dark coating of this chocolate, the sweet taste of the caramel, made with butter, cream and salt from Brittany, is balanced by a touch of tartness from green apples. The texture is nearly liquid, but not sticky.
This refreshing coulis has a lot of character: it is made from the pulp of clementines from Corsica, whose typical aromatic notes balance very nicely with the dark chocolate of the coating.
The ganache, under a dark chocolate coating, is made with fresh cream from Bresse and bitter cocoa, with fruity aromatic notes and a silky texture.
Travel to Burgundy thanks to this chocolate made with the raw pulp of Burgundy blackcurrants, whose slightly sharp flavor is softened by the buttery notes of the ganache.

Storage conditions and consumption time

Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and a constant humidity level of 60-70%. Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature.
