This year, the coming of spring has inspired Maison RICHART to create an Easter 2020 collection on the theme of voyager butterflies. Ephemeral, colorful creatures, symbolizing spring and cheerfulness, butterflies, like us, are looking for the finest nectars. Embark with us on the most marvelous aromatic journey.

We offer a range of bright and colorful deluxe half-eggs, in subtle flavors:

  • Césario will take you from Italy to Brazil. The aromatic notes of black tea and roasted cocoa, specific to Brazilian cocoa, are balanced by a touch of bergamot orange. Slightly bitter taste; dark chocolate coating.
  • Celestina is a chocolate that’s rich with aromatic notes. It travels from Italy to Brazil, via the Dominican Republic. A milky ganache, made from cocoa beans (single-origin Dominican Republic) and lightly roasted hazelnuts (Italy), gets exotic with a touch of lime (Brazil). The texture is smooth and light, under a dark chocolate coating.
  • Océane is going to take you from France to the Caribbean. A milky ganache made from cocoa beans (single-origin Dominican Republic) with blackcurrant pulp and lightly roasted almonds. A burst of flavors, with the warm, round notes balanced with fruity, tart touches. Dark chocolate coating.
  • Jasper takes you from Morocco to the Far East. The aromatic power of kumquat pulp combines with lemon verbena, selected for its invigorating, fresh notes. This cocoon of softness is enclosed in a milk chocolate coating, subtle and slightly sweet.
  • Alizeo is a bite-sized morsel with an exotic touch. The milk chocolate coating softens the power of the aromatic notes added by cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This ensemble is emboldened by allspice, combined with the roasted notes of hazelnut praline (Italy).

Storage conditions and consumption time

Chocolate is a fragile product and should be treated with great care.

  • Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit and a constant humidity level of 60-70%
  • Chocolates can be tasted at room temperature.
