For a new year full of the simple but oh-so-precious joy of togetherness, here’s “Best Wishes”, a box of 9 chocolates from the new Holidays collection in 7 flavors that are warm, intense and sometimes surprising, from the holiday collection by Maison RICHART, presented with a dark chocolate “Best Wishes” message card.

- In a milk chocolate coating, a praline with a unique touch: it is made with unroasted almonds from Provence, which add hints of fruit and floral aromatic notes.
- Alsatian gingerbread plays a starring role in this ganache with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger enhanced with a hint of star anise, in a milk chocolate coating.
- The Ardèche region takes the spotlight with this coulis made with chestnut pulp and cream emboldened by a touch of verbena, creating a bright, invigorating finish in the mouth, softened by a milk chocolate coating.
- Under the dark coating of this chocolate, the sweet taste of the caramel, made with butter, cream and salt from Brittany, is balanced by a touch of tartness from green apples. The texture is nearly liquid, but not sticky.
- This refreshing coulis has a lot of character: it is made from the pulp of clementines from Corsica, whose typical aromatic notes balance very nicely with the dark chocolate of the coating.
- The ganache, under a dark chocolate coating, is made with fresh cream from Bresse and bitter cocoa, with fruity aromatic notes and a silky texture.
- Travel to Burgundy thanks to this chocolate made with the raw pulp of Burgundy blackcurrants, whose slightly sharp flavor is softened by the buttery notes of the ganache.
