Hand-crafted in the RICHART kitchens, our truffles are made according to a recipe known as whipped ganache, which gives them a unique, light texture, while preserving the aromatic notes of yellow fruit and roasting typical of the cocoa beans from Dominican Republic used for these chocolates.
Each truffle is then dipped in a dark chocolate, also of pure Dominican origin, to boost the aromatic notes of the ganache (70% pure cocoa). Then they are rolled, one by onewith a fork in a cocoa powder that is intense in flavor but not bitter.
For optimal tasting, these French Truffles must be consumed within 2 weeks of purchase.

Ideal storage conditions for chocolate: constant temperature between 12°C and 16°C and constant humidity level from 60% to 70%.
