“Happy Holidays”, the new collection by Maison RICHART, is inspired by the simple but oh-so-precious joy of togetherness, with its flavors that are warm, intense and sometimes surprising, with each chocolate showcasing an ingredient reminiscent of one of our beautiful French regions.

As for our assorted mini-macarons, they hold intense aromatic power, with their luscious fruit pulp or caramel ganache hidden inside a crisp shell

Made from traditional varieties from the Ardèche region, our glazed chestnuts are truly exceptional products, made locally according to a time-honored process. Under a fine glaze, their slightly sweet, luscious texture with subtle aromatic notes - emboldened with a hint of vanilla - bursts in the mouth.

Find out more about the fragrances of the new collection:

  • In a milk chocolate coating, a praline with a unique touch: it is made with unroasted almonds from Provence, which add hints of fruit and floral aromatic notes.
  • Alsatian gingerbread plays a starring role in this ganache with notes of nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and ginger enhanced with a hint of star anise, in a milk chocolate coating. 
  • The Ardèche region takes the spotlight with this coulis made with chestnut pulp and cream emboldened by a touch of verbena, creating a bright, invigorating finish in the mouth, softened by a milk chocolate coating. 
  • Under the dark coating of this chocolate, the sweet taste of the caramel, made with butter, cream and salt from Brittany, is balanced by a touch of tartness from green apples. The texture is nearly liquid, but not sticky.
  • This refreshing coulis has a lot of character: it is made from the pulp of clementines from Corsica, whose typical aromatic notes balance very nicely with the dark chocolate of the coating. 
  • The ganache, under a dark chocolate coating, is made with fresh cream from Bresse and bitter cocoa, with fruity aromatic notes and a silky texture.
  • Travel to Burgundy thanks to this chocolate made with the raw pulp of Burgundy blackcurrants, whose slightly sharp flavor is softened by the buttery notes of the ganache.

Storage conditions and consumption time

Chocolate is a fragile product and should be treated with great care.

  • Ideal conditions for chocolate storage require a constant temperature between  12° C et 16° C and a constant humidity level of 60-70%
  • Chocolates can be stored at room temperature.

RICHART products contain no preservatives and no artificial flavoring. For optimal flavor, filled chocolate should be consumed within 2 weeks after purchase (5 days for macaron).
